A woman driving an SUV was shot and killed by an ICE agent at the scene.<br>What officials say happened<br>According to federal officials, ICE agents were conducting a targeted enforcement action when the woman drove her vehicle toward officers. ICE and the Department of Homeland Security stated that the agent discharged his weapon after the SUV moved in a way that was perceived as an immediate threat to officer safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials claim the vehicle made contact with at least one agent, and they described the vehicle as having been used as a weapon. The agent involved fired multiple shots, fatally wounding the driver.
